OWNER / STAFF LOGIN
Owners can create profiles and staff logins. Staff can edit only the portfolio assigned to their login.
1. Choose a staff member
Staff login / this portfolio only
This login can edit only this person’s profile, picture, photos, and videos. It cannot access bookings, other portfolios, site settings, or account management.
Share their login details directly and ask them to choose “Staff” at login. Saving a new password or removing access logs that person out.
2. Their profile picture
This is the picture visitors click to open their bio and portfolio. Use a photo of the staff member; work photos go in their gallery below.
